Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to manage client inquiries and support customer success initiatives.
Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person

  • Provide product/service information and troubleshooting

  • Track client feedback and coordinate solutions


  • Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or Communications

  • 1–2 years of customer service or account management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
